ITMC AG considers strategic information planning to be an important foundation for providing guidance for information technology departments and specialist areas in their project work. It is not, however, formulation of the study that is critical for success, but practical implementation; a fact that despite, or perhaps because of its obvious nature, is disregarded time and again, and leads to unsatisfactory results.
